My name is Tom McCarty and I'm
the Principal
Broker of Stansbury Real Estate. My wife, Pam, and I are originally from Denver,
CO and transferred to Utah in 1985 with my welding job. I started in Real Estate
by buying homes, fixing them up, renting some out, and re-selling others. I
decided to get my Real Estate License for my own use in investing. Friends and
friends of friends kept coming to me to find them homes. I made the switch from
part-time real estate investor to full-time Realtor . I started
out selling HUD and VA repossessed homes in 1987. I believe in treating people
the way I would like to be treated. Eighty percent of my business is from
referrals. We try to do the best we can to make everybody happy.

 Tom's
love for the community is evident in his work. It is easy for
him to sell homes in this wonderful area. Tom enjoys fishing right out of his
back yard on the private Stansbury Lake. He and his family own a catamaran and
find time to sail the lake as much as possible. The canoe races and family
barbecues make wonderful weekend entertainment.

County, Salt Lake and all of Utah. Because of Tom's unique
knowledge of Stansbury Park many friends and neighbors have
