Will was already an
experienced agent before joining the Stansbury Real Estate Team in the Spring of
2003. Will also sold real estate for two years prior to his 27 year career in
the telephone industry with Mountain Bell, Later US West. Will held several
sales and management positions in Utah. He later accepted a transfer position in
New Jersey that lasted four years.
After Will retired, he moved to St. George in Washington County, Utah. Will
again attended Real Estate School, re-licensed, and sold in that market for over
ten years. His experience was mostly residential with some commercial, lots, and
bare land, with and without water rights or shares.
Will is married to Bonnie Lawrence Snyder, a Tooele native and graduate from
Tooele High School. They reside in Stansbury Park. Both golf some and attend
many grandkid functions in Salt Lake. They attend football and basketball games
at the University of Utah. Will is and avid fan and is conversant about U of U
athletics.
Will has bought and sold homes, moved, and experienced company transfers. This
has generated a broad understanding of client concerns in home searches.
